Healthy Low Calorie Pancakes are one of the
"happy" foods that seem to bring out the child's inner child. Next
time you are in Sunday brunch, try these smoky and soft minipann cookies. I dug
all butter and sugar and fix it with Greek yogurt and soy milk to increase
protein content so you can enjoy it without rinse. The accompaniment of citrus
maple syrup also brings freshness and brightness to the dish. Use the oranges
of the blood, if you find them, for a rich and sparkling color and a deep
tangra that balances maple syrup sweetness.
I'm sure these will be a
basic food in your well prescription file.
For syrup:
3 big blood clots
5 tablespoons maple syrup
For pancakes:
3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons bicarbonate
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
3 tablespoon soy milk (or
almond)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon maple
syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
1 protein
Stovetop
1/4 cup sliced roasted
almond (optional)
Fresh Minzweige
(optional)
Directions:
1. To syrup, oranges: Cut
1/4 inch from the top and bottom so that the fruit leans on a cutting board.
Cut the skin and the marrow, cut in a downward motion. With fruit in your hand,
use a cutting knife to carefully cut between segments and white membrane that holds
orange together. Place the slices into a small bowl and squeeze the remaining
membrane over the plate to extract each juice and discard it. Add maple syrup
and throw it on the cape and then lay aside.
2. Prepare the pancakedough, make the flour, yeast and salt in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, beat
the egg, then mix in Greek yogurt, soy milk (or almond), vegetable oil, maple
syrup and vanilla extract. Fold the flour mixture into the yogurt mixture until
it is combined and laid aside.
3. In another deep bowl
you cut the beef nicely, with a balloon, white and skim and the tips hold the
soft tips. Be careful before going to the dough not overwhelmingly.
4. Point on a large pan
with back spray and heat on medium-lid. Spoon the pastry in the pan, about 2 tablespoons
for pancakes and spread in 3-inch rounds. Boil for 2 minutes or until bacon
approaches the bottom and you see some bubbles in the dough. Turn and cook for
another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining pasta to make 12 pancakes.
5. Divide the pancakes
under four plates and the top with prepared maple syrup so that you can evenly
distribute the orange segments. If desired add 1 tablespoon sliced almond and
garnish with mint leaf. Serve immediately.
